​We offer convenient on-site parking for our residents, including options for detached garages to protect your vehicle from the elements. While specific EV charging station availability can vary, our community is designed with modern infrastructure to support the needs of our residents.

​Residents at our West Nine Mile Road location have access to the Escambia County Area Transit (ECAT) system, which provides bus service throughout the Pensacola area. Several stops are located along the Nine Mile Road corridor, offering connections to major shopping centers, employment hubs, and downtown.

​The Tristan Apartments is served by the Escambia County School District. The closest schools for our residents are Beulah Elementary School, Beulah Middle School, and Tate High School. Please note that school attendance boundaries may change, and residents should contact the school district directly to confirm specific assignments.
